Looking for recommendations for companies offering fully enclosed flat lift transport from Washington State to Iowa. Have done the usual internet queries but am looking for first hand referrals. Any recommendations and estimates on the going rate would be appreciated. I'm flexible on pick up and delivery dates.

Thanks,
Kelly

I would not use Horseless Carriage Transport.

First time: A Rolls Royce above my car was leaking oil, but they did wrap mine in plastic.

Second time: A car I bought arrived with a gigantic scratch in the hood which they denied making.

I've used JP Logistics many times. Always reliable and safe. Was $1900 coast to coast, direct, last time I went NY to CA.

Ask for George. 310-925-6727 or 818-381-8313

Nazgul,
I think you're referring to Passport Transport. They were purchased by FedEx a few years ago and FedEx has slowly been changing the name to FedEx Auto Transport. I tried to use them at one time but they kept delaying the scheduled date of pickup. After three, one week "reschedulings", I gave up and used Horseless Carriage, who I had no problems with.

I have used Intercity which was great, used VIP which did a good job but I would not use or recomend, and have "seen" Western > which I would never use.

However, I have used Reliable Carriers (2x's) and they were the absolute best for me.

I used TFX International. Pick up Florida, and deliver to Alberta. Would use them again.
