Actually, these ARE adjustable shocks. you would have to separate the shocks from the springs, then fully compress the shock to adjust the setting. These shocks are NOT double adjustable. These shocks were the Koni replacements for the original factory shocks on the Pantera. Info is on the Koni web site on how to adjust these shocks.
These have been out of production for some time. The "Factory" Group 4 shocks were double adjustable made by Koni and have a dial near the base of the unit for adjustment.

below is a comparison of the GrpIV and the ones off 5177 (stock L)

I did a quick calc using wire dia, coil dia and coil number just to compare the spring rates.
as seen, the coil pitch is the change for the increase in rate
the 1701/1702 Konis do have adjustment instructions stamped on one end
