I am currently tooling up to make a run of stainless 180 deg headers and was trying to get an idea of the sort of interest there is.
The current design is exactly like the ones that I have pictured.( the headers in the picture are mild steel and are ceramic coated) They will have 8 individual tubes with slip on "merge" style collectors and V-band flanges for muffler attachment. They will be for 351C and 351W engines with the Windsor tubes being 1 3/4" and stepping to 1 7/8" a few inches down stream.
The price will be $2950+ shipping with an additional $400 fee if you would like them to have a mirror polished finish.

Thanks,
Ron

Nice work Ron. Did you do the welding? Is it 304L or 321 SS? I noted in the previous post the primaries were were stepped 1.75 to 1.875. The previous picture of the set installed in the Pcar had the V-Band clamp between the expansion cone and muffler instead of at the merge as pictured above. What diameter are you planning at the merge and expansion cone?

Best,
Kelly
