With a 3.4 crown wheel 7500rpm gets you 239.138 MPH.

Probably need about 1000bhp for that one! Big Grin

Thanks Rapier, but Rick ruined it for me by throwing the cold water of reality on my wet, er I mean, daydream. 1000 HP is easy to get from a SBF. At least for a few seconds. I will leave the bench racing to those who have the money to carry out their dreams from now on. Wink

De Tom,
Your dream can be achieved. You need a Bugatti Veyron.
This is 1001bhp and does 253mph.

A bargain at just 1.4 million dollars Big Grin

No DeTom,

If it were an over priced attractive car, I would have referred to it as an over priced attractive car.

The Bugatti is an over priced car that is about as attractive as a bucket full of rectums!

LOL!! I hadn't heard that one before. It being a Volkswagon it will probably get around pretty good in the snow. Smiler

George, Is the tap off the back of the block, where the oil pressure sensor comes off, the "most remote bearing" or the lowest pressure area of the system? If so, this leads me back to the twin turbo topic. The engine has the turbos supplied from this port. I imagine the twin turbo engine has had all the mods you recommended.
