I'm replacing my distributor and am looking at using the MSD Ready to Run Pro billet unit #8350. Does anyone know if this unit has a clearance problem with the firewall?

you must use the 8577 unit to fit. I happen to have a spare. You are welcome to it for 175
they are 250 new from summit. let me know Greg I have the original packaging and it will ship without getting damaged. |

Thanks for the offer but I was looking to install a "ready to run" with vacuum advance. In case the 6AL box goes out, I'll be able to go home. Another owner says that it fits with modification to the engine screen. I don't run the screen so height is not a problem.
