Guy's, for 2012, i bought a piece of lexan, same thickness as the glass ( or close ) , cut pieces little larger than the quarter window glass, clamp the lexan to the original quarter window, put them in the kitchen oven ( wife gone shopping ) at proper temperature, let them cooled and trim them to correct size. You can look for the correct temperature on internet.....around 350' as i remember...
Be really careful whether you actually have Lucite (polyacrylic) or Lexan (polycarbonate). The oven process as described works fine for polyacrylic and only needs about 150F.

Lexan/polycarbonate on the other hand softens way above the boiling point of water, so if your Lexan piece happens to contain a little moisture-as most does, doing this will generate steam bubbles inside the plastic and your part will only be good for an opaque shower door.
