Miles, the car is about 10% from being a turn key. What the car needs is the following:

Brake/clutch/coolant lines installed.

Undercoating, left the undercoating off for purchasers scutiny of the car to confirm its a true rust free car.
Needs engine/ tranny install and wires hooked up.

The car is in the perfect state. The buyer can either place the original 17,000 mile engine/tranny back in, build up the engine or install a engine of his choice. I'd be asking a whole lot more money if it was a turn key car.Its truly a solid car and I welcome anyone to try and rip it down. I already ripped it down and built it back up.Every nut/bolt
