Reply to "393C Stroker Recommended Cam"

Sorry for the long delay in followup. My block was finished at the machinist, currently have him going over my SCAT 393 stroker kit, and also got a deal on a set of 1972 4V open chamber heads that were machined for studs and guide plates. After doing more research my breakdown looks more like this:

1970 2 bolt block bored .030"
3.85" SCAT 9000 Cast crank
Bushed lifter bores from Wydendorf
SRP Forged Flat Top Pistons
Melling M84A Oil Pump
Kevko Oil Pan
1970 4V open chamber heads machined for rocker studs. Home ported with 3 angle valve job
Beehive springs, SS valves
1.73:1 roller rockers, haven't decided brand yet
Hedmann headers 2.125" primaries

3.55 Posi rear
4R70W trans
This is going in a 1970 Mustang.

Now my next question concerns the intake manifold. Right now I'm debating on getting an EFI Weber-style 8-Stack with 50mm throttle bodies for my engine. I was curious about the pros/cons of an EFI IR induction system vs a Torker 351 EFI setup with the cam suggested earlier. Is that still a good cam or should I switch to a more/less radical one?
