I have Snow White, a car in a similar situation as yours. Modified, stock body remains, but many personal mods done, HUGE power, owned and built by someone who was supposedly well respected in the P-car community, and IMO it IS what I wanted, a modded hotrod Pantera. I didn't want a stocker, so I figured I'd found the right car for me.

It HAS turned out (finally) to be that car I was looking for (after a lot of work and time and money). I've been asking much less than you are asking for your car and had mixed results.

There's those cars that are worth what someone is willing to pay for it, and both our cars fit into that category.
