camshaft replacement

Hello i have a question about camshafts,i currently have a 351 cleveland in a 73 pantera that was rebuilt some time ago to a boss 351 spec with a solid lifter camshaft and high compression pistons and closed chambered heads that have ben modified to use adjustable rocker arms,i want replace the cam with a nice hydraulic camshaft that was mentioned on this site georges 275/285 street profile,having low vacuum issues with the current solid lifter cam by comp 282/292 adv duration and 570/590 lift.is there anything i have do besides lifters that i need to do when going from Solid cam to Hydraulic cam.rocker arm are comps 1.73 roller tip.appreciate any comments.
