I only have the two photos I posted above, and so I regret I cannot answer your question about the rear wheel houses or the build date.

This is an interesting chapter in De Tomaso history, isn't it? What could possibly have occasioned the seemingly random gaps in VIN numbers? I wonder if we will ever know...
