I don't think your problem is the flyweel glazed, I'm thinking more of the setting.

Yella Terra 9902L + Exedy 6173D + McLeod 16525 (with all the shims) + Stock clutch master and slave cylinders works perfectly, smooth clutch pedal and no slipping.
