Continued: marker/dash

I found where the combined red&white wire to light switch did not have power. I traced back to a relay shown in the tech manual as the a/c-fan relay (bottom left) and the headlight door relay (top right). Is this correct? If so how do you test they relays?
Any expertise and experience is greatly appreciated!
