Sorry for the delay...

the photo doesn't say much, they will ideally need a repaint or better still a powder coat.
They are both very solid, I checked inside with a flashlight, the swirl tank is spotless and the overflow tank shows some surface rust above where the normal coolant level would be, but nothing that affects integrity.
