Driving Shoes

I know that this is proberly a pretty inocuous subject, but I thought I would let you know about my new experience with some driving shoes..
I being the size of man that I am have always had difficulty driving the Pantera from the aspect of my feet, or more so the close positioning of the cars pedals. When it came time to brake and depress the clutch I had to have the correct shoes(until now sneakers) and it had to be the right pair. One pair I have the heels of the shoes would clash and make it difficult to apply the brakes and clutch at the same time unless I twisted my ankle on my right foot to get the heels of my shoes to clear each other when I would depress the pedals.
Last weekend I bit the bullet and ordered a pair of driving shoes to see if they would make any differance. Well they came in today and I am pleased at how much room my feet now have. The heels of my shoes dont even come near each other now with the nice and narrow race shoes I purchased.
They are RaceQuip brand ankle high shoes, black in color and are even SFI 3.5/5 rated. My reason for buying this brand driving shoe is because they came in my size(15).
With feet as big as mine you dont ask to see that shoe in a 15, you just ask the store what style shoes they have in my size!
