Engine identification

Hi y'all,

I will register my Pantera #2946 in France in a few days. An engine number is present above the clutch bell housing PS01 #4. I have two plates on the rocker covers with Pantera Specialists and a number 4.

I guess the engine has been rebuilt by Pantera Sepcialists in Denver. It seems that they do not exist anymore... How could I get more info about it ?
