Great find! My car is listed. Would you mind scanning the original document to a color PDF and posting/sending a copy. I'd love to print it out and add it to a binder of documentation I have for my car.

Almost any copy shop (FedEx/Kinkos) can do this, and most high-end office copiers have "email" capability and can scan the document into a PDF to email to yourself.
