The way I've seen it done, users, not just moderators, usually respond to non-priced ads saying, "Forum rules state you must post a price." Then if the ad isn't corrected in a few days, then yes, it is deleted.

And since there is only 1 active Pantera message board, if people don't advertise here, where would they advertise elsewhere for free? The antiquated email list I suppose, but here they can post pictures too.

Anyway, just a suggestion...
