This is the ABS plastic version Pantera Performance (Castle Rock, CO) sells. Basically a flat, molded to fit the lower valance panel. It is also available in splinterable/crackable fiberglass.

They refer to it as a 'no holes GTS spoiler'. About $100. A few sheet metal screws on the hidden bottom lip and you're done.
