The factory fuse panel can have trouble clamping to the fuses. The brass prongs that hold the fuses loose their tension eventually. As Husker and Doug wrote, the Pantera-Electronics solution works well and relies on modern fuse engineering. I have it in two Panteras and it solves the problem with the factory fuse panel's lack of clamping force. It also has additional features with LED's that show if a fuse is shorted out along with the portion of the electrical system that is engaged based on ignition switch position. His documentation is excellent.
