My 1974 Pantera from Europe has them as well. Parts (pads, seals, flex lines, etc) are readily available from our vendors. When rebuilt they work well. The pistons are somewhat prone to corrosion and pitting as you might notice during a rebuild. If that is the case you can try to polish it away and if that does not succeed then new ones can be purchased.
