Thanks for the heads up and the Geography lesson, apologies its all East Coast to us desert dwellers.

Like everyone price is the motivator and fixer uppers have definitely been on the rise price wise recently if eBay is anything to go by. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find a sub $25K Pantera even if it is in need of work. Only 6 months ago reasonable cars were failing to get beyond $26-28K on eBay. I don't mind some work, in fact I prefer it so I can build what I want but, it has to be at the right price. Looking at the photos I got from Gullwing there is also a gouge in the roof panel

, some front valance rust showing, plus I guess the 2nd gear synchro issue means immediate $$$
