The rules today are completely different and far more difficult than the '80s when Panteras were originally grey marketed into the US. FYI, Kirk did not grey market Panteras like the other importers did, his approach was quite inspired. He purchased new cars directly from the factory SANS the motor (he had factory connections that arranged this). He shipped them to the US, installed motors and became the manufacturer of record, that's why his Panteras are called Amerisports & not just Panteras like any other grey marketed Pantera.

However, as far as being one very savvy Pantera guy, Kirk is the man! He may have some ideas for you.
