hello- yes the car was sitting- I bought it a while ago, the wheels were supertight. I drove it around the parking lot to see if it was stuck caliper, but didn't free up. Its not locked just super tight- it'll drive but not roll freely- and haven't used it- then set it up on a 4 post lift checked the wheels to see and it is just the pass rear. and then a new project ended up underneath it- so now I want to get it going for spring
