Sold by Dennis Quella, about $100.
Called air dam early GTS (no holes),available in fiberglass or a more flexible ABS plastic version.
The spoiler is completely flat and I've always installed mine with sheet metal screws, although small nuts and bolts are shipped with the spoiler. Dennis will advise filling the small gaps between the spoiler and the body with black silicone, however I omit that step and find the inevitable replacement made much easier without having to deal with removing the old silicone.
When installed correctly, that is high enough so it doesn't scrape on everything in front of it, I seem to get 3 to 5 years of life out of the ABS versions. Eventually the occasional curb and driveway contacts inflict enough flex to create damage and replacement.
It is probably the most subtle spoiler offered by the vendors, is effective to keep the front end down at speed, affordable and relatively easy to install.
