Thanks for the help. Fyi no bump steer shims under rack. The bracket looks original. It is bent not twisted. Looks like someone used it to pry against (now straightened) attached is the picture.

2 holes use rack attachment bolt and the others through the body, 2 holes don't line up with anything. .

For me it looks like your bracket is twisted,
I cannot see this on the small photo.
