I just had Victory Automotive Machine in Campbell, CA put my 383C stroker Cleveland together. They've done several other Pantera engines too, and a bunch for the Mustang guys. I can't speak to the Cleveland specific oiling mods though. You'd need to call and discuss it with Vic.
