At least in the U.S, Panteras came without headlight bulbs or mirrors. Probably to keep the advertised price down. DeTomaso said it was because each country had its own rules so most would have gotten replaced anyway. Dealers here used in-stock Ford mirrors on both sides as part of the dealer prep.
