Pantera #1574 Looking for historical info.

I am looking at Pantera #1574 which is a heavily modified 1971 with GT5 flares, GTS interior, Modified motor and deep dish 15 and 17 inch wheels. It is purported to look like it was a Hall build some time in the 1990/early 2000's. All the major work was done before it was sold at the 2006 Las Vegas Barrett-Jackson auction. At that time it had a pale burgandy interior which is now black. According to ProvaMo it is reported to have been owned by an individual named Robert Leavy in Nevada at one time and also that it may have originally white (it's black now.)
Does anyone have any information on this car?
