Very cool that it has Arriva tires, but of course you don't really want to drive the car on them.... they are too old.

Nice to have for shows, etc.

P.S. Strange place to mount a fuel filter (on the crossbar) - if thats what it is. Also, I wouldn't trust that hard plastic (stock) clutch hose after all these years..... But a failure there will only strand you, not kill you.
