Update time...

Been dealing with hard starting and idle issues past couple of years. Was certain the old Holley 600cfm 4160 80457-2 Hall Pantera installed during the 2002 refresh was the problem.  This carb had a re-manufacturing tag on it from 2001.

Decided to replaced it with a cheap $250 delivered Holley rebuilt polished aluminum 600cfm Street Warrior 4160-80457SA.  Jetting was identical with a small power valve difference, original PV was 125-65 vs. replacements 125-85.

Almost bolt on...  Started right up and idled almost perfectly.  Only tuning was getting the accelerator pump armature to engage sooner. It's almost perfect now but I'll probably change the accelerator pump cam since I'm out of adjustment and have a tiny dead spot going from idle to power. Other than that the car is dreamy.
