Pantera # 7293 - US GTS ?

Hi, can anybody help me with the history of the #7293, it is claimed to be a US GTS from 1974. Shouldn't it have "GT" in its VIN, black instead of chrome at the windows and a clock at the passenger side ?
I am considering purchasing it, but would like to know more of the above if possible. I have tried to register on the De Tomaso registry several times, but never got the confirmation email back from them to enable me to login.
So I thought I would try to get the info on this forum.
