Actually, all Pantera tail lights occupy the same footprint.

The green car has the OEM Ford tail lights which do not have any amber sections. They were prohibited in the USA at that time. The European version of that tail light did incorporate an amber turn signal section and many owners have replaced their stock lenses with the European version. That style of tail light was originally used on the Alfa Romeo 2000 built between 1967 and 1971.

The yellow car is using a different style of  tail light which uses a different lens and a different housing. It was never used on the Ford cars but was installed at the factory on some of the later cars. That style of tail light was used on the Alfa Romeo 1750 built during the same period. It is often referred to as the GRP4 tail light.
