I believe you can adjust the end of the cable tube at the caliper bracket where it attaches by loosening the lock nut on the threaded cable end to adjust the tension. I also avoid using the e brake as they are known to sick. I always leave my car in second gear when parked. Call me if you like 714-401-6079 Louie
