Right now I just have a plexiglass piece we laser cut. The metal part is no different than putting a glass in. I can not hear or sense any wind noise around the plastic but I know I can pull the corners back if I tug. I think a glass will be more solid but my car is loud enough I am not sure I'll ever hear any wind noise.

I thought if it ever is a problem one could either make a a stick on rubber seal. After driving with the plastic I don't thing the glass will be a problem at all.

I hopefully drop of the ttemplate for the glass today if I get time.
