The car was owned by my father for only a few months in 1992. He had bought it around April/May '92. He was diagnosed with cancer soon there after, and we had to sell it in Sept./October. He passed away in October '92. It was his dream to own a early build Pantera, and now it is my dream. I want to finish what he had started to do. He bought it through a gentlemen who owned a Pantera performance shop in Phoenix AZ. I believe the company is gone now...I have looked for years for it. When I visited there, it was right off of I-10 I believe and he had a lot of Panteras there (at least 10). Awesome guy! My father told me he was one of the most knowledgable guys about DeTomasos he had ever met. Does anyone know of this man? I believe the car was on consignment through him. I do remember he told us he was "very well known by the highway patrol". He would always take the cars he was working on and test drive them on the interstate Razzer
