I received some very good news right now....I called Arizona DMV and spoke with a very nice woman. The car is still in Nogales Az. with my fathers plates. I begged her for more information....she put me on hold for 10 mins. and came back and informed me that if I went to my local DMV and gave them my info. and my fathers info. then I could get a copy of the motor vehicle record for the car.

I am so excited. I will know (finally) the year or the car and the VIN. I will post all info. I get right away. If I have time I will go today.
