Unable to get response from pantera performance

Has anyone had any contact with Dennis or Adam at pantera performance lately,sent a part to them six weeks ago to be repaired , have left several voicemail and emails with no response and was wondering if any members have had the same issue. Thanks ahead if any body has any info on them
