Reply to "Vent Window Installation"

As an update, I have completed the installation of the glass and stainless, as well as new felt. While the driver's side was installed first, and a more lengthy install than the passenger side (cautious install not to break glass), everything is working great. After cleaning all the interior door mechanisms and applying lube, and applying direct voltage to the window motors, the windows are operating beautifully other than being a little tight in the channels from the new felt. I agree that the center bar is critical in making sure that the rear vent window rubber is properly seated in the channel. The other challenges are the small screws through the new whiskers and in the existing holes of the stainless and door metal.
Thanks to you both for the advice, it was most helpful.
