Weak spark

I have struggling from a running rich issues on my Cleveland. The car is a Holley 670 avenger and it is adjusted properly I believe. I am running a dura spark two set up with the green plug. I’ve replaced both the module and the distributor. Timing is at 34 rdc. I still runs rich and backfires. Best I can tell is the spark is weak and looking orange. Any suggestions on finding why I still have a weak spark?
