What to do when you remove speaker from the door panel.

I've removed the 6" speakers from my doors and now obviously have a hole to deal with. Any great ideas?
Are replacement door panels available anywhere? I haven't found any.

My best idea so far is to make a plastic plate and wrap it in matching vinyl.
Any other ideas?
