02605 Feb '72 Build - 50 Years Old!

The Marti report for my car shows a build date of 2/00/72 (00 ???) - so my car is celebrating its 50th birthday this month. It is hard to believe that these cars are 50+ years old.

I remember a neighbor near my school bus stop had a yellow Pantera in the driveway back in the early seventies. And here I am, with one in the garage now.

As a retired Ford engineer (33 years of employment), having been able to work on the Taurus SHO/Ford GT/Shelby Mustang/F-150 Raptor performance programs during my career, it means a lot to me that I am able to own this car, and look at it every day.

We are LUCKY to be able to be caring for these cars.

(Sorry for the sappy post - the 50 years got me thinking about things today - all good things!)
