I drove from Toronto Canada approx 8hr drive to Ohio to see this car.It needs alot more work than just a rocker panel. The lower rad cradle is rotted badly, the inner and outer rocker panel needs to be replaced, one door has holes drilled from collision damage and he is pretty much firm on the price .I spent over 2hrs looking at the car and parts. As an experienced bodyman I think it is a major project but that's my opinion.
I agree with the last accessment. I looked at this car in Oct/Nov. I only had to drive an hour from Cincinnati and thought that for the price, it was major undertaking. The engine and ZF were rebuilt about 7 years ago as I recall, and have been stored since

He is a nice guy, but admits he is not a "car guy". There are a lot of new parts in boxes, but I was not confident that all the parts would be found when you went to put it together

At a lesser price, it may be worth it, but as others stated, he was not dealing when I looked at it
He has some rocker panels, polished intake, headers, and almost all the original peices but it will all need to be restored including the interior. The car was partially sandblasted and I am not sure if the windshield was protected.I tried to clean the glass but I could still not see thru it.What really worries me about this car is the fact that I cannot hear it run or shift because the driveline is removed. Also the exterior was sandblasted to metal and there could be issues of warpage.
