I tried this once before but I had a really crappy camera. But Santa brought me a fancy pants camera for Christmas so now I am gonna give it another try.
Here are the one and only ever, gold campis made in the entire history of the world. I promise these are for real and will let anyone who wants to examine them in person.

I see what you are saying...yes...they say Campagoldo right?
Okay, they are real Campis. And they are golden in color, okay.

When in their thirty year history they become golden is still up for discussion. I believe De Tomaso DID release some of the spoked style Campis from the factory painted/plated gold.

So perhaps a buyer saw the spoked golden wheels and asked for a set of the two slot Campis to be fitted to his special order Pantera using the same treatment.

As we all know by now, De Tomaso would create just about any combination of whatever was at-one-time-available for the special order European cars. Chrome bumpers, delta wing/no wing GT5S cars, your choice of tail lights - makes knowing what was FACTORY original very difficult for non-Ford cars.

In any case, they are pretty nice looking wheels.

Exactly Larry. The guy who ordered my car had a very specific list of equipment he wanted. I think he was a really rich guy though. Musta had a ton of money. I kinda feel he was a guy who went to Lemans every year too just to watch and hang out with other rich bastards. Just an intuition.

Oh yeah. I have some Hall Ultras and when I redo my car I am going to get the centers gold chromated. Pantera race cars had gold wheels so therefore, Panteras need gold wheels to look bitchin.
