Yep, that glued one really makes a great effect for the look of a Pantera. It becomes so smooth looking compared to the original. Noticed that immediately ealready when testing the screen on the car without any rubber or trim. The whole form of the car becomes so complete. Definitely better looking, but less "original", if that matters.
If you're going to not have the trim in though I wouldn't get the rubber with the moulded slots in it - admittedly my rubber is likely to be very old if not original and its slumped not having the stainless trim in it - so it not only leaks a badly, but also I suspect if I was to give it some speed I could have a chunk of windscreen sitting on my lap.
Comp2, I really like the look of your glue-in windshield.

It's my understanding there are two ways to accomplish this: either buy a glue-in windshield kit, that comes with a slightly oversized windshield or, modify the windshield opening, so an OE sized windshield can be glued in. The former method does not require bodywork and paint whereas the latter method does.

Which method did you use?

What vendor did you kit come from?
I installed a Wilkinson 'glue-in' version five or so years ago. A buddy that runs an independent auto glass service came over and gave me a hand putting it in. I would recommend getting some help.
Exterior appearance is excellent, you may find the view from the inside needs a little trim to finish things up. I found some small diameter black plastic hose that I pressed into the gap between the windshield frame and the glass.
Car is not at my house at the moment, but I could forward a photo in a day or so.

I looked through my receipts and could not find who that came from. It has been several years since I got it. It sat in a box under a shelf for a long time.

There were some reports of windshield cracking with early glue-ins. If verified, this may be due to body-flex combined with the large surface area of the glue surface when welding is used to make the hole smaller, along with hard driving on big sticky tires. To be safe, any of the chassis-stiffening systems by the vendors would be good insurance and the systems have other benefits (like preventing paint cracking), too.
