I have the rubber clip on filters but the foam needs periodic changing. Now I can't remember where I got it in the past. I had bought a sheet from which I cut the circular filters. Thank you, Tom

Contact Jim Inglese who works on and sells the Weber carbs.
You can buy foam sheet from motorcycle retailers or online, look for UNI-Filter in coarse. Although you don't say what Weber carbs you have, I'm not a fan of foam filters on Weber IDA due to the reversion soaking the filters in gas, so I only use fine steel mesh covers. There's a Group 4 Pantera video floating around at the moment where you can visibly see the reversion.
