They make a tool to collapse door hinge spring for removal.  It is pretty cheap.  Most parts stores online sell them less than $20 . The pin is another story .Not sure.

I have my hinges off but they are not close at hand (@body shop)  The tools are a little sketchy because they are now very cheaply made (mine is about 30yrs old)  and very universal.  I have done many door hinge pins over the years but not on a Pantera . 

  The spring has a tendency to pop off the end. Maybe bending the tip a small amount might help.  Scratching the paint might be avoided with a little duct tape.   Good luck.
