Due to an unexpected change in circumstances, I need to sell my Pantera Serial Number 4280 ASAP.

The car is well sorted out. All of the mechanicals have been gone through, especially the engine. The engine has a serpentine belt system installed. The entire cooling system has been reworked, including new, high-flow fans, and a shroud system. The cooling system has automatic air bleed from both the radiator, and the swirl tank.

The engine was built with the intent of a future installation of a Whipple Supercharger, and an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). All the components for these modifications are available. The car has been driven with a carburetor since getting it back on the road 21 months ago. The Supercharger and EFI upgrades were on the plan, but had not been accomplished. The ignition system has been converted to a Duraspark II ignition, but the engine has provisions for a ignition triggering in the flywheel assembly.

The car been driven 6500 miles over the past 21 months, it runs great, and has no issues. Get in it and drive it anywhere. The engine was new at the initial start up 2 years ago. All engine internals were built with the intent other supercharged EFI. This modification is easily accomplished with the parts available. To convert it, all that needs to be done is to remove the carburetor and the manifold adapter, bolt the Whipple Supercharger on. There is minor work to connect the blower drive to the existing serpentine belt system, and finally to install the fuel injectors and the EFI wiring harness.

Currently the engine is running with 180 degree headers, and Magnaflow mufflers, exiting through a modified rear screen assembly The exhaust has bungs for the Oxygen Sensors installed. The car will come with the original Air Conditioning condenser and fan, and an unmodified rear screen. .

Every electrical connection on this car has been disassembled and cleaned. Any electrical issues have been resolved, all gauges, and electrical components all function as they should. The window motors have been replaced with the modern motors.

The rear engine bay has been stripped to bare metal, and repainted in the original orange color. This modification was performed before the driveline was installed. The rear bay has had the wiring cleanup (there are no AC Hoses, or a wiring harness visible in the rear bay). The Air Conditioning Condenser has been relocated to the front of the radiator, and a Sanden rotary compressor has been installed. The A/C lines are primarily hardlines from the condenser to compressor to evaporator, utilizing the soft (vapor barrier) lines only for the short runs needed to connect the main components to the hardlines.

The car has 8'' Campis on all four corners and will also come with 2 -7" rims that match. All of the rims have been powdercoated. The suspension has been reworked with upgraded springs, shocks and camberlocks.

Please PM me for more info, and a list of all the rebuilt, repaired and replaced parts and assemblies. I will also provide a list of the electrical upgrades. You can find more information, and additional pictures of S/N 4280 on the Provamo Pantera Registry.

The asking price is $42K with the EFI / Blower Assembly and all associated parts, Injectors and harnesses, or $39K without. The car runs extremely well.
