I think it has more to do with there are people who have nothing better to do but surf C/L and flag other peoples adds.
I had a very hard time keeping an add up on the Portland C/L, regardless how I worded the add.
Vin #3052 must be worth $9000, even if its only for parts? (also, I could not see it on Provamo yet).

Yeah, only the appropriate paperwork to get a title. Which the new owner did, and the car is sold.
