This is strictly an aftermarket gear set, I think made by/for Lloyd Butfoy but likely sold by other vendors.

Not an original ZF offering.

Thus, the only sets out there are the ones owners have installed in their ZF. Unless you find a cracked/damaged ZF with the .620 set installed being sold for parts I don't think you will have much joy.

I do not recall if all the tall 5th gear options require the fork machining, I have the 0.642, which with the 4.22 R&P is 80 mph cruising in 5th at 2750 rpm, you gain another 100 rpm for the 0.62.

If you upgrade to a 3.77 and tall 5th the 0.642 provides 80 mph cruising 2450. Personally I think this is the ideal combination and the 3.77 makes the lower gears more usable albeit at the expense of a start/stop in heavy traffic.

At 70-80 mph what kind of Gas Mileage do you get with those gears?
